Q: How do I make a booking?
A: You may click on the contact page to send us a message.

Q: Why do I need a professional wedding photographer?
A: A professional wedding photographer will be timely, pay attention to detail, work around your program and you will see the quality in your wedding photographs.

Q: How do we receive our images?
A: We provide you with a USB or online download link depending on your package. Please check your quote for details.

Q: Do we get a photo book?
A: We do offer photo books, you are welcome to add any book to your package. Check our wedding photography packages to see our options.

Q: Can I order a replacement copy of my wedding photo book?
A: Yes you are able to order a replacement book. We keep your images (that were supplied to you on disc) for a period of 2 years. Prices may vary.

Q: How long should we wait until we get to see our wedding photos?
A: Processing takes about 12 weeks after your balance payment has been made.

Q: Where are you located?
A: In Johannesburg. Although we also cater for Gauteng and surrounding provinces.

Q: What is a pre-wedding photoshoot?
A: This is a photoshoot where I get to spend a little time with the couple and we get familiar with the camera so that you are comfortable on your big day. You will receive photos from your pre-wedding photo shoot that you can use for wedding invites or wedding canvases.

Q: Do you offer a pre-wedding shoot before weddings?
A: Yes we do. This can be done at any time before your big day. See your wedding photo package to see if it includes a pre-wedding photoshoot.

Q: We have decided to upgrade our wedding photography package, is this possible?
A: Yes you may. Just contact us and let us know which wedding photography package you would like to upgrade to and we will facilitate it for you.

Q: When do I need to make the final payment?
A: We accept the balance of your payment the week before your wedding, or on special arrangement. We will only start working on your wedding photo’s once the payment the balance payment is made.

Q: How long before my wedding do I need to make a booking?
A: Usually as soon as you book your venue, then this would be a good time to book your wedding photographer.

Q: What types of wedding albums do you offer?
A: For weddings, we offer Designer Albums.

Q: Do you do maternity, family or model photography?
A: Yes we definitely do. Check out our maternity photography packages, family photography packages and portrait photography packages.

Q: What is the best time to start my wedding?
A: Depending on the season you might want to chat with us to find out when the best times will be. Before you set your program lets have a chat to see that I can advise on the best times to shoot for the particular season.

Q: Do you require a meal on our wedding day?
A: Yes please.

Q: What is your overtime rate for weddings?
A: Our overtime rate is R1,000 per additional hour. You can let us know at any time during the wedding / event if you would like to continue later than booked.

Q: What do you wear on the wedding day?
A: We wear dark, semi-formal clothing.

Q: What happens if it is raining on our wedding day?
A: We could use your venue’s alternative indoor arrangement or we would continue with the program and take photos after the rain has settled.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Because we do not double book dates, once we have booked your wedding photography shoot we will reject all other bookings for that date. Therefore, the retainer fee (also known as deposit payment) is non-refundable. View our full terms here.

Q: Do you offer wedding videography services?
A: Yes we do. You may view our wedding videographer packages or visit our dedicated wedding videographer website.
